Terms of Use

Koko helps you discover places in Seychelles — beaches, restaurants, stays, shops and things to do — and answers questions with Koko AI. It's a discovery tool, not a booking, payment or delivery platform.

An account is optional and free. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything posted under it. Details you give us (name, email, Sign in with Apple) must be genuine — no impersonation.

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Reviews must reflect an honest, first-hand experience — no fake reviews, no reviews for a place you haven't visited, and no harassment of business owners or other reviewers.

Any review can be reported from the app. A reported review may be hidden or removed, and an account that posts abusive or objectionable content may be suspended, with or without notice.

Place data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors and may be inaccurate or out of date. Business owners can claim and correct their own listing; we may verify a claim before publishing changes.

Koko AI's answers are generated and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date — always double-check anything important, especially opening hours, prices and availability. Koko AI is not a source for emergencies: use the numbers on our Essentials page instead.

Don't use Koko to spam, scrape the catalog for resale, attack our systems, or break the law. We can suspend or remove access for any account that does.

We may update these terms as Koko grows; we'll update the date below when we do. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and you can delete your account at any time from the app.
